Cliff joined Jason Barnard Consulting (now B&G) in May 2015 as a Draftsman. He brings 40+ years of design engineering and drafting experience from an extensive background in the aerospace industry. His duties include, but are not limited to, design drafting of wastewater site plans and details, CAD drafting standards, Act 250 and wastewater permit applications, topographical surveying and site inspections.  

Cliff enjoys playing banjo, camping, and riding motorcycles.
